I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring Madrid. The hotel impressed me with its spacious and clean rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no bowls or utensils provided in the kitchen area. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a warm atmosphere and top-notch rooms!

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious and beautifully adorned with marble, offering a restful night's sleep. I loved the mini balcony where I could step out a bit and the friendly interactions with the cleaners as I passed by the rooms being made up. The location was perfect, just 100m from Plaza de Espana metro station and right in the heart of the city, yet not overrun by tourists. The service was exceptional, with Ms. Justyna going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met and having a good command of English. The dining experience, although confined to the nearby sister property, offered delicious options. However, the rooms lacked a view and the dining was not on-site, which could be considered minor drawbacks.
